Returns
We as a company want to reduce our environmental impact as much as possible and because of that we are not covering your return costs of our products. Make sure to check out which sizes our models wear or contact us for further information. You have the right to withdraw from our contract within fourteen days. After receiving your returns, we have to refund all your payment within fourteen days.
How do I return an order?
1. Contact us (support@foureyedclo.com) which items you would like to return and why. This helps us improve to make sure you love your purchase next time! Make sure to write down your invoice number in the email as well.
2. Pack all items in the original packing material. We ask for your understanding that we are only able to refund your payments if our product isn’t used or damaged in any way.
